Man who put dog faeces on Kerry neighbour’s porch has charges against him struck out

A Kerry man who emptied a bag of dog faeces onto his neighbour’s porch – in frustration at what he believed to be her dog’s droppings – in the Kenmare estate where they both lived has avoided a conviction and had the charges against him struck out.
